I haven't the faintest idea how I came to aquire this polish. I just found it in the bottom of one of my bags and thought I'd give it a go for a change. I don't recall having tried a Orly Nail Polish before, though I feel like I must have at some point. But since I don't remember that time if there was such a moment, I was intrigued to find out how well the polish wore and it's general formulation.
This perhaps isn't the first shade I would have chosen had I picked a colour myself, which makes me think that I got it free with a magazine or perhaps in a beauty box. Having said that, I love how glossy it is and that the polish was so thick. Above is what my nails look like with two coats - pretty much opaque. The lacquer dried incredibly quickly too, which always makes me happy as I'm definitely one to smudge nails due to lack of patience.
I'm impressed with how hardwearing the polish was too. I didn't apply a top coat (what did I say about impatience?) but the polish still held it's own. After a hard day's work and a shower, two prime things that would make my nails chip, my mani still looked immaculate. This makes me one very happy girl.
It's fair to say I love me some Orly polish and will certainly be happy to pick up some more shades in future.
