Yet again I am having issues with not being able to take my pictures in daylight hours! It has been a new years resolution of mine to up my game photography-wise on the blog, so please do bare with me as I plan for things to get a lot better. Having said that, if we look past the lighting issues, the subject of this post and of the picture is pretty gorgeous!
As many of you know, I was given the Cranberry Joy Gift Set from The Body Shop for my 23rd birthday. I have since tried the Body Polish and liked it so much that I went and bought the full sized version in the sale. But it looks like I may have to go back and get this item too before it sells out, because it's gorgeous and probably the best body butter I've tried from TBS since their Shea Butter one.
Unlike the Shea Butter, this version is a lot softer and more creamy. It still holds to the butter formulation but as soon as you melt it between your fingers it becomes a oily lotion that melts into the skin so beautifully. I absolutely love the fragrance of this too - very fruity and not too sour as you might expect from the Cranberry notes.
It keeps my skin feeling moisturised for days on end which is an important factor for me when it comes to hydration in the winter. Personally I feel like this should be a winter staple for just about any person who likes soft and supple skin. It affordable and does the job. Nothing to sniff about there!
