Nip & Fab Mango Smoothie Body Butter

So many people have been raving about the Nip and Fab Body Butters on Twitter. I think that they were possibly given out in a beauty box that I'm not subscribed too. I knew instantly that I needed to get my hands on these butters so I headed down to my nearest Boots. Me being me, I ended up buying the travel size version of the Mango Smoothie Body Butter which I couldn't have been more excited to try. I absolutely love mango scents so this was destined to be right up my street and it definitely wasn't a let down.

The butter looks a lot more like a cream in the pot than a hard butter texture but looks can be deceiving. It's definitely softer than some of the body butters I have used in the past such as Di Palomo's Tuscan Rose Butter. Having said this, it still keeps to its roots with a standard butter texture that has a little more ease about it. It is a lot easier to scoop out of the pot and therefore instantly melts into a lotion on the skin.

The mango smell is definitely quite strong but it does have a creamy edge to it. The scent lingers on the skin for a little while, which I really enjoy, but it will not last all day. This is a bonus as I generally like to layer with perfume and therefore don't want to walk around smelling like a fruit stand all day.

It sinks into the skin immediately and doesn't leave behind any greasy residue. It makes your skin feel extremely supple and nourished - keeping your skin feeling like that for days instead of you feeling a compulsion to reapply your moisturiser after 12 hours as it has completely disappeared.

This product definitely gets a huge thumbs up in my eyes and I would recommend that all you body butter lovers get out there and try this right away. If mango isn't your pick there are plenty of other scents to chose from, so go wild!

    1. It's incredible. i love it. My favourite fruity body butter! Need the full size now xxo

  2. You're right, these are everywhere at the mo. I've had mine since Christmas, when I won it in a giveaway, and have only just posted about it, I suppose it's because it's more of a summery product and it does smell really delicious. I have to admit though, I don't find them all that moisturising - not to the point of impressing me, anyway.

    1. Really? That's interesting to hear because for me the moisture lasts a good 2-3 days. Maybe i'm a little over generous! Haha. xxo
