Skincare Routine

Today I wanted to share my morning and evening skincare routine with you. I figured that I am making a bit of a series of it this week, so I may as well continue the trend and finish it off. After all, it has been over a year since I last shared my skincare routine and it has changed quite a bit since then!

When I went to uni, I realised that using expensive products was a bit of a nightmare. Sometimes I couldn't afford them or couldn't buy them locally. That's why I love that the majority of the products I use now are cheap, easily accessible and effective.

I use these products in the morning and evening to remove my makeup and keep my skin clear and blemish free. I take the eye cream and moisturiser from the bedtime routine and use this in the morning as well. Otherwise, this is what I use when I'm in the bathroom.

Taaj - Micellar Cleansing Water (£16) - I discovered this product in my Joliebox and absolutely fell in love with it. I have repurchased it twice and will continue to do so because it works a dream for me. It removes my makeup effortlessly - even mascara. I feel confident that I have removed all of the product on my face because the cotton pad stays white when it has all been removed. I really recommend you try this if you haven't already or you like the Bioderma Cleansing Water. For a full review of this product, click here.

Clean and Clear - Blackhead Clearing Daily Scrub (£3.99) - I have been using this product for years now. It has been the one product that helps to keep my skin clear without drying it out. I'm not overly fond of the thin texture of the scrub, but when it does it's job you can't really complain. I was using this in my skincare routine over a year a go and it's not going anywhere. If you want to check out my previous skincare routine, you can click here.

Clean and Clear - Deep Action Cream Wash (£3.50) - This is one of the newer additions to my skincare routine. I have been using this for around 3 weeks but I absolutely adore it. It is the smoothest, softest cream wash I have ever used. When you wash it off it gives your skin the tingly, clean feeling without any of the tightness you can get from other products that are similar. I really enjoy using this and alternating it with my Blackhead Clearing Daily Scrub so that I don't over exfoliate my skin.

Skinetica - Anti Blemish Solutions (£10) - This is another new addition to my skincare routine but I am using it religiously and really love the results. I reviewed this a couple of days ago, so for a full review click here.

Simple - Rapid Action Spot Zapper (£5.49) - This is one of the best spot treatments I have come across. It has a roll on application which feels very soothing to the spot and contains zinc to dry out the breakout out. I find that this is really effective the earlier you catch the spot. I still like my Clean and Clear Advantage Spot Gel but this just pips it to the post. For a full review of this, click here.

La Roche-Posay - Effaclar Duo (£13) - Finally we have this awesome product. I don't use this every day. However when I have deep cystic acne coming through this works a dream. It helps to prevent it getting worse by breaking down the sebum to clear the area. For a full review, click here.

What products do you swear by every day? Let me know in the comments below :)
