Blistex Relief Cream

This review has been coming for a while now. Ever since I discovered this product a few months ago, I haven't been able to put it down. I don't really understand why I haven't blogged about it before. I guess I just thought that everyone would know about it, or that you wouldn't be interesting in reading about it when it isn't a very glamourous product. However, here we are and I feel that this little baby definitely deserves it's own little piece of blog space as it is literally amazing and is a holy grail product for sure.

I have started to suffer from extremely dry lips this winter. I'm not overly too sure why because they have never been this bad before. This may sound odd but I did end up going to the doctors about it when they started to crack and one of the product she recommended to me was this. I wasn't overly enthralled about using it but bought it anyway. I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised.

When I first applied it, it felt really cold - almost minty. The only way I can describe it is when you use those lip plumping glosses and suddenly your lips feel a bit frozen. That is almost how this feels. It gives your lips a sheer nude colour as well which is actually a dream come true for a blogger like me and a reason to use it regardless of it's great moisturising properties. But it does have those properties. It is a little sticky and your hair can get stuck to it if the wind is blowing a gail, but once it has all sunk in it works a dream. It's like having pillows for lips. I really couldn't recommend this more if you haven't tried it.

This will be your winter lip saviour - I guarantee it. So nip to your local supermarket and pop one in your basket. It'll be the best £1.99 you've ever spent.
