JolieBox Review - Balmi Raspberry SPF15 Lip Balm

I received this product in my JolieBox last month and was pretty happy. Lip balms have to be one of my favourite lip products as they are just so effortless. They make sure that my lips don't chap whilst some give a hint of colour and I don't have to worry that they are going to fade or dry up during the day.

This product reminds me a lot of the EOS Lip Balms that a lot of the American Youtubers seem to have. They both come in an egg shaped container that splits in half to reveal a mound of lip balm. I thought that it was a pretty cool idea but never realised that there was a similar version released in the UK.

They come in various different fruity flavours and my raspberry one definitely smells fruity. I love how delicious it smells. It's one of the rare products where you can get away with it having a really strong perfume.

My first worry with this product was that it was going to be too soft and the lip balm was going to deform pretty quickly. My other worry was that the lip balm wouldn't last very long on my lips. Both of these worries have now been pretty much resolved. Although the lip balm feels slightly squishy, it doesn't seem to have changed shape at all. It's clear, feels quite thick and is smooth on the lips which is nice as it builds a great protective moisture barrier - not to mention the SPF qualities. Plus, it lasts just as long as any other lip balm would. With such a fun design and application, using this product a delight.

It is a little on the pricey side but I would still recommend it to others. A huge thank you goes out to JolieBox for introducing me to another fabulous product.
