Beauty Box Product Reviews

Only 3 more days left to enter my Christmas Giveaway!!

I received these three products in my monthly subscription beauty boxes. SCR Gold Illuminating Mask came in my October Boudoir PriveFC5 Cooling Foot Creme came in my November GlossyBox and Bionova Eye Wrinkle Treatment came in my December GlossyBox. I have been trying all three of these products out recently and have come to the conclusion that I really don't like them unfortunately. The Illuminating Mask made me break out after a few days. I do have sensitive skin when it comes to new products however so this was no surprise to me. I just love the idea of it revealing new brighter skin so I thought it was worth a try. I also have really dry skin on my feet so I thought that the FC5 Cooling Foot Creme would be perfect. It does smell really nice - almost like something you would find in a spa. However the results really weren't that great. It didn't keep my feet soft and supple at all. It was too thin for my liking as well. When you rub it in it almost feels like a lotion. Not my cup of tea at all. Finally the Binova Eye Wrinkle Treatment started off as being really lovely. I enjoyed the consistency and although I hadn't been seeing many results, I figured that it would be worth while finishing up the sample. However since my skin in sensitive, the skin under my eye seems to have reacted and a little bump as come up below on the outer corner of my eye. I have completely stopped using this product now. Unfortunately it is just not for me. Hope these reviews help you if you feel you have similar skin to mine. However everyone reacts differently and these are just my own opinions.

  1. I gave the wrinkle cream straight to my mum, glad I didn't try it out now! I like posts like this as it lets you know what products to avoid and maybe not try! xx

  2. Yeah i would have done that but my mum has even more sensitive skin than i do. Hopefully your mum will get on better with it :)
