Collective Haul: Topshop, Mac, Asos and more!

Recently i have been ordering some clothing items online, along side going shopping and thought it would be interesting to show you what I have been picking up.

Firstly I purchased this top from Topshop online. This print seems to be in this season and I really wanted to incorporate a piece into my wardrobe without breaking the bank. When I saw this I automatically clicked on it because I have been loving this burgundy shade too. I wanted to have a look at it in store but it was out of stock everywhere near me and so I came to the conclusion that if I didn't like it I could always return it. I read a review on the top from a girl would seemed very pleased with her purchase and took the plunge. The top is shorter than I expected, but other than that I thought it was lovely. I'm planning on wearing this with my navy Hollister jeggings or with a black body con skirt when I go out clubbing.

Next i brought these shorts, also from Topshop, but purchased in store this time. I've been wanting some burgundy leggings/trousers for a while as you will have seen in my previous week wish list. However, since I couldn't find any that I liked, I settled on these shorts which my friend introduced me too. They are more of a plum colour than burgundy but they look lovely on a fit really well.

On to some more online shopping. I purchased these leggings from Asos as another piece I feel is on trend this A/W. The pattern looked a lot bigger on the picture on the website than the look of the pattern when I received it in the post. I'm planning on wearing these in an outfit of the day very shortly, to show you how I style them.

A close up of the print on my leggings :)

This clutch bag has a bit of a story behind it. I seem to be fated with finding items I like in Topshop, not buying them straight away, and then when I decide I'll take the plunge, I can't find it anywhere! Something similar happened with this bag. I saw it in a store in Nottingham whilst shopping with my boyfriend, but when I went to buy it from the Bullring store, I couldn't find it anywhere! Just before leaving the store it caught my eye on a display unit near the entrance. I absolutely love the rocker vibe that this clutch gives and I think that it would give a cute edge to a simple outfit.

Eeee! I love, love, LOVE this product! This powder blush called 'Stunner' is from the recent limited edition Mac Me Over collection. I had wanted it for a while but couldn't justify the price - especially since I didn't need another blush. However, when I saw that it had sold out online I realised how much I wanted it initially. I went to two stores, one of which had sold out but the other had a few left so I snapped one up there and then and I don't regret it one bit.

Swatch: Natural peachy pink colour. Satin finish.

This nail polish is another item that I've been pondering over for a while, but now I own it I'm extremely excited. I've been spotting it on blogs a lot recently and figured I'd do my own twist by doing a nail tutorial. This will be up shortly :)

Finally we have these Nail Tattoo's from Andrea Fulterton in Superdrug. These particularly stood out to me as I think they would go well with the clutch bag mentioned earlier. I will be using these in my nail tutorial with the Barry M nail varnish - keep your eyes peeled for that!

  1. Nice buys! I love that Barry M colour and the MAC blush looks gorgeous! x
p.s giveaway on my blog :)

  2. Aww thankyou :) the brush on my Barry M nail polish was pretty ridiculous to be fair. Wasn't very good quality at all. Brush hairs kept coming off, but the colour is so gorgeous that I almost dont care. haha.
So pleased with the blush as well :)
Awesome i'll check it out. thanks for letting me know :)
