Bourjois Paris Volume Clubbing Ultra Black Mascara.

I'm coming to the end of my tube of Bourjois Paris Volume Clubbing Mascara and thought I would do a quick review on how i felt the product worked for me.
This is what the packaging looks like. The tube seems shorter than all my other mascaras but it does hold 11ml or 0.32 fl oz. I personally quite like the design on the bottle. I think that  it fits the clubbing theme and stands out from any other general black tube packaging. Plus the size of it makes it easier to fit in your bag to take out with you if you wish too. From what I can tell on the boots site, the packaging might have changed colour now, but it's still the same product. It retails for around £7.99 which is one of the cheaper high street brands - all in all a very affordable mascara.

This is what the wand looks like. Its actually really big, with short bristles that are clumped together in groups. As you can tell, the mascara itself seems very clumpy on the brush, but that is all part of what this mascara is about, as you will see in the pictures below.

These are my lashes without mascara. I have quite short ones so I always look for a mascara that is going to give me a little bit of length as well as volume.

These are my lashes after the application of this mascara. As you can tell, there is a massive change. I definitely notice lengthening from this mascara. However what stands out the most to me is the amount of volume I can achieve. The product makes your lashes look really full and bold. I brought the shade 'Ultra Black' because I love my lashes to be really dark and stand out. If you don't like clumping then maybe this product isn't for you. I took it as a given when I was buying this product, as it was clearly advertised as a night time product, so I figured that it clump my lashes a little to achieve the desired effect. It was surprising how easy the bottom lashes were to do when using such a big wand but it works. I have to admit that when i first brought this mascara i thought I had made a mistake. I hated it and didn't use it for a while, but when i went back to it I absolutely loved it. I hate mascaras that I feel you can't use straight away, and they become better with age as they are drying out slightly. On the other hand, I love the way this mascara looks so much now, that I would probably repurchase it again regardless.

Hope you enjoyed this review. If there are any other mascara's you would like me to review please let me know.
